Ontario Golden Gloves champion, competitive amateur boxer since 2016, and a serving infantry soldier in the Canadian Army Reserves — Jack coaches with discipline forged in the ring and in uniform.

Your first session, straight up

The questions everyone asks before they walk in.

Do I need experience?

None. From total beginner to fight-ready — session one starts exactly where you are.

What happens in session one?

We figure out where you're starting — skill, fitness, and what you actually want out of this — then you train. That's it.

Will I have to spar?

Not on day one. Fundamentals come first — sparring and fight prep come when you're ready.

Am I fit enough to start?

You don't need to get in shape to start — getting you there is the job. Every plan is built around where you are.

What does it cost?

Ask in the form and we'll send you current rates — a straight answer, no pressure.

Where do you train?

Toronto, ON. We'll confirm the exact spot and a time that works for you when we set up your session.
